Unused items may be returned for credit or refund (less freight) within
30 days of receipt. Unused items may be returned after 30 days for refund
subject to a 20% restocking charge (less freight). No returns will be
accepted after 60 days.Please call us for a return authorization number
(RAN) at (customer service) 1-800-565-8186. We will not accept any returns
without the proper return authorization number (RAN) affixed to the
outside of the packaging. Absolutely no credit will be issued for used
material that is not defective. If you are not sure how to use the product
