Type 27 Fiberglass backed, Zirconium Oxide Coated Abrasive Flap Disk. These are used for general purpose metal working applications. Zirconium disks are used for high rate of stock removal and long life in demanding applications. Use coarser grits for maximum material removal and finer grits to achieve desired finishes. Type 27 wheels are for working angles less than 15 degrees.
