REDI LOCK GRINDING SEGMENTS
Redi Lock grinding segments are designed for use with Husqvarna grinders and other machines compatible with the Redi Lock adaptor system, enabling quick and hassle-free tool changes without the need for screws.
These segments are available in various shapes, including arrow, "W" (rectangle), oval, and button, with different diamond concentrations and bond types (very hard, hard, medium, very abrasive) to suit diverse concrete hardness levels and applications.
They are used for surface preparation, concrete and terrazzo floor correction, grinding, glue and epoxy removal, grind and seal, and high-end polished concrete.
The segments are offered in a range of grit sizes, including #16, #25-#30, #55-#60, #100-#120, and specific combinations like 8/10, 16/20, 30/40, and 60/80, allowing for tailored performance from coarse grinding to fine polishing.
For example, 20 grit segments in a soft metal bond are available for grinding hard concrete
, while 3" metal discs with 10 segments each are designed for heavy-duty applications with grits like 150, 16/20, 30/40, and 60/80.
Some variants, like the trapezoid PCD segments, are engineered for aggressive grinding of hard-to-remove coatings, adhesives, screeds, and paints such as epoxy and glues.
