Typical applications include final finish on metal surfaces, edge blending, deburring and mismatch removal on machined parts. Blending and finishing dies, molds, tools, tubing and channels. Cleaning and smoothing metals, plastic and wood. Finish prior to plating and painting. Our Flaps are designed with solid hub construction which enables Flap wheels to be rated at higher RPM'S providing more agressive cutting action and increased productivity. Provides perfect balance leading to smooth chatter free finishing.
